Lomond View Cottage
The cottage has 2 bedrooms and comfortably sleeps 4 persons. On the ground floor is a Twin Bedroom next to the Bathroom and on the first floor is a large Double Bedroom.
The Living Room and Dining area is an open plan layout which has a lovely living flame gas fire. The cottage also has full central heating throughout making it warm and welcoming on the coldest days.
The front of the cottage has a small sun lounge which is ideal for enjoying breakfast on a sunny day or relaxing at the end of a hard days exploring.
The kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washer/dryer and dishwasher plus all the utensils you should need for preparing a meal.
The lounge has a flat screen TV and Freeview package giving a good range of channels and there is also a DVD player and CD player if you want to watch or listen to your own entertainment. There is also a small range of DVDs and CDs in the lounge.
The toilet is fully tiled and warm and has a jacuzzi bath and shower. Towels are provided so no need to pack any.
The double bedroom upstairs is large and enjoys views to the front all the way to Ben Lomond in the distance and the Loch Ard Forest. The room is light and has ample storage space and has a flatscreen TV.
On the ground floor is a twin room which is adjacent to the bathroom. This room has a lovely view over the South facing garden. If need be the beds can be moved to provide a double bed. There is also ample storage space for clothes in the room.
Lomond View has a large secure south facing garden which is ideal for children and pets. There is a barbeque area with outdoor seating (BBQ provided) and also a secure storage shed for your bicycles and other sporting equipment. There is also ample parking space for 2 cars adjacent to the cottage and additional parking a short distance away.
The cottage now has internet access freely available to our guests via a wireless connection so that you can keep in touch whilst on holiday if needed. Full instructions on how to connect are in our welcome pack.
